Wave Coating

Wave coating applications are ideal for processes that require single sided coverage of the product (typically minimal IC/component population). IAS’s wave coating equipment is designed for your specific requirements and production criteria.

Application using a wave of coating is accomplished using an engineered nozzle with an accompanying pump system controlled by a VFD or equivalent method. The nozzle is design is created with specific criteria from the type of coating, product dimensions, immersion depth, and flow rate characteristics.
