Powder Coating

Powder coating small products is a great way to provide increased protections and security beyond what is available from conventional coating methods.  Powder coating systems from IAS fundamentally consist of a preheat chamber, fluidized bed, and final curing chamber to realize a complete system.  Products are typically attached to a tooling bar with engineered fixturing designed to retain a product throughout the process, minimize undesirable contact points, and reduce or eliminate cured product removal tasks.  This method of protecting your products should be considered when other coating application methods will not meet your individual needs.
