The Industrial Applications Group (IAG) is the heart of IAS, out of which has grown the Software Development Group and the Technology Integration Group. Formed by leaders of the engineering team from the Paint Line Supply Company, the quality and engineering of IAS products are widely admired and respected by fellow engineers and end-users in the manufacturing sector.
The initial product offering of the Industrial Automation Group was a line of conformal coating equipment. Having produced custom conformal coating machines for a spectrum of customers, IAS has created some of the most flexible, cost-effective  and easy-to-use coating machines available. Over the years, the IAG has expanded its portfolio of manufacturing equipment by applying the same innovative problem solving and engineering talent towards the development of a number of products, including:
The IAG continues to expand its product line into new markets and industries by taking advantage of the research and development efforts of IAS's Tecgnology Integration Group (TIG). As the TIG is the custom solution division of IAS, it encounters a wide variety of problems on a regular basis. If the same problem is found to be common for an entire industry, the TIG will develop a common solution for the IAG, which will then begin to market and produce the machines for customers. The IAG thus becomes your vehicle to cost-effective solutions to common manufacturing problems.
By maintaining full and unfettered access to the TIG technical staff and R&D engineers, the IAG is able to deliver a product solution which incorporates and enhances the current state-of-the-art while still retaining a great degree of customization support. All of this is typically delivered for about one-half to one-third the cost of our commercial, off-the-shelf (COTS) competitors.
