If the system you’re currently using does not provide you with the level of control required or its control system is outdated to a stage in its lifecycle where replacement components and/or maintenance support is unavailable then this package is right for you.

The retrofit package is available from IAS with the following features:

• PLC based control system
• All axes servo driven, independent and electronically geared to Virtual Master axis
• Independent ratios between the Master Axis and all other axes allow for on-the-fly adjustments of each axis to optimize your process
• Flying shear cut-off system available for precise cut-to-length applications
• Touch screen interface running XP
